Welcome to my website which is a newly conceived adventure. I am proud to bring two patterns to start with and will be adding many more in the weeks to come.
I will also be selling an interesting selection of accessories for knitting and spinning. Some you have seen before but there will be some that are new ideas and I urge you to check back on a regular basis to see what is new in the shop.

8.28.2010 - There are a new batch of classes available! Check them out!

About me

Elizabeth InmanYou know how when you try something on, sometimes, it fits like a glove? That was how knitting was for me. My first project was a simple, sleeveless sweater where I learned to knit, purl and decrease. I have never looked back.

From the start, I have tweaked, twisted and tormented patterns into what I want rather than what I was given. I learned to write down these changes so that they could be repeated. Through this, I started developing my own patterns which I hope people will enjoy as much as I have enjoyed creating them.

I soon learned to love the fibers I was using almost as much as the knitting process. I love the tactile sensations of the roughest linens as well as the smoothest silks and wools. I love their smells, their colours, even the shapes that they are wound into.

This led to my newest love, spinning yarn. I am still new at it and trying to devour as much knowledge as possible on this new journey.

I travel around the country in a fifth wheel with my wonderful husband. Our home base is Washington State although we haven’t been there for more than a week in the last two years. This is the third country I have lived in, I have visited 14 others and I have been to 9 States so far.
